Within the village we have access to a great playing field complete with newly refurbished children’s play equipment just a short walk away from the house. A small but well-stocked village community shop. Bistro and village pub all within easy walking distance. Large Tesco supermarket within 10min drive and numerous other amenities within the nearby town of Ivybridge. Outside we’ve a lovely enclosed private garden complete with two decked areas, and a small lawned space. You’ll also be able to enjoy our outside kitchen and dining area with seating for six people. Alongside this we’ve outdoor lounge furniture which is perfect for relaxing whilst enjoying the garden and far reaching views. For the young at heart you’ll also have use of our mini-glamping pod which is a great occasional sleeping space (mattress’ are provided but you’ll need to bring your own sleeping bags). A car is essential for exploring Devon and Cornwall, however the local area is also very popular with cyclists and walkers.
