A 5* holiday cottage consisting of large sitting room with log burner, two large sofas and high armchair, modern kitchen diner and an accessible wet room on ground floor. Central staircase to first floor which has 2 large ensuite (baths) bedrooms (one super-king which can be twins 48 hrs notice reqd.) and a king. Outside there is private parking with own gated entrance, patio area leading to raised decked area with private 8 seater hot tub (small fee applies of £10 per night up to £50 per week) Set in an idyllic peaceful location surrounded by woodland and farm fields, near the banks of the renowned river Teifi. Super modern cottage with private gated parking for 2 large vehicles. All mod cons, full wifi. The cottage is over two floors with a comfy sofa bed downstairs and a wet room for less able bodied. Stairs with hand rails both sides lead to two tastefully decorated bedrooms with en-suites including baths. Outside has sloping access from the car park to the low threshold wide main entrance. A small patio on the lower level, leads via steps to a mid level totally enclosed decked area with seating and then up wooden steps to the elevated Hot tub area which is illuminated and totally enclosed. As we live at the main house we are available 24/7 if you need help Llandysul is a lovely town on the River Teifi and there is plenty of opportunity to fish, kayak, etc There is a car park attached to the cottage and space for up to 3 cars Hot Tub charged at £10 per night paid to owner up to £50 per week COVID19 Note: Check out currently 9.30am to allow extra time between guests Guests safety is of paramount importance along with the safety of the local community and so all booked guests must fill out their details on arrival and only guests that are on the booking form are permitted on the premises. No extra visitors are allowed to visit the site during your stay unless the owner has given their prior permission.
