1Our air conditioned medium studio is perfect for a couple. There is a nice dinning area, full size refrigerator, purified water tap and use of shared kitchen. It's a short walk to Paia town and the beach. Off street parking, laundry, hot tub, and free wifi.!!! Our property is a fully secured fenced in park like tropical sanctuary. We have mango, avocado, banana, papaya, citrus, passion fruit, and a veggie garden for guests to enjoy.
