You have access to all the space The space is yours and it’s a must to really take care of it I am always available for my guests for whatever assistance they need The neighborhood is full of shops for everyday life and groceries. It’s a 5 mins walk to Zalka shopping street where you can find affordable or branded clothes and many coffee shops. It’s very close to the highway that connects you to either beirut(15 mins) or byblos(25mins) if there is no traffic. And it becomes really calm after 8PM. If you don’t have a car, getting around is really easy since exactly down the street there are always taxis and buses for you. Or a 24/7 taxi service i can provide their number for you Due to the hardships our beloved country is going through, there is no electricity from 1AM till 6AM max. Elevator doesn’t work when the electricity is on the generator. But it shouldn’t be that of a problem since the apartment is on the first floor When we’re on the generator you can still use hot water + one ac or one electric heater Thank you for your understanding
