Villa Sun Day

Τhe house is located in one of the beautiful areas of the South East Crete! In a natural and quiet environment with beautiful views.Across the road from the property is the unspoilt Bonda beach! In a short distance from the prorerty located the unique beach of Galini with clear,blue water! Not far away are the unspoilt beachesof Mavros Kolymbos, Machaeridi,and Agia Fotia. In the house there is plenty of space and is most suitable for a family holiday. .Also ,there is ample space in the court yard where the pets of the guests could be accommodated. The area is pretty, comfortable, quiet and light.Outside there is a court yard with lawn and sun beds for the enjoyment of the Cretian sun .Also, there are great facilities for a barbecue.Next to the house there is a fenced area including chikens,geese,rabbits and a goat. The quests have complete access to the interior of the house as well as the above mentioned court yard. The accommodation has 6 steps at the entrance and in a separate fenced area there are the family pets two dogs and one cat which remain isolated and, therefore,do not disturb our guests. I am personally available to assist our guests for anything they need in a very hospitable and friendly manner. Our neighbourhood is beautiful and tranquil .Its great advantage is the tranquility and the fact that the beaches in the area are protected from the strong winds rendering swimming and sea sports feasible for the duration of the summer. Other local amenities are the nearby bus stop,the large parking space, the many routes for walking {such as the agricultural road in front of the property }, the little park in the outskirts of the village of Koutsouras,the Gorge of the Butterflies in the nearby village of Orinon and many more. From the town of Ierapetra there are daily excursions to the paradise island of Chrissi and,also, from Makrygialos there daily excursions to the well known historical island of Porfyra {Koufonissi}.
