Mont-sur-Rolle Apartment with panoramic view

This is an apartment with panoramic view to Lake Geneva, La Cote Vineyards and Mont Blanc. The decoration are comfortable and cosy. Glass dining table, a couch in the living area that can turn to a bed. It is a 3 bedrooms apartment. Two bedrooms are open to guests and one living area, a huge balcony. 3rd Bedroom can be open to guests if needed. Long stay of 2 months from 01 Nov 2021 - 02 Jan 2022 is possible as owner is traveling or short stay is acceptable too. Discount 25% for long stay. 2 bedrooms available for guests, 3rd Bedroom can be open to guests if needed. A kitchen with oven and micro wave, kettles, pots and pants and frying pants, a big fridge. Glass diner table. All living area have panoramic view. 3 minutes to the bus stop or 15 minutes walk down to Rolle Train Station. There are 2 flights of stairs to the apartment located on the second floor. Host will not be around for the month of July and August. This apartment is temporary for these 2 months. Post office is 3 minutes walk inside a small coffee shop. It is better to walk down to Rolle as there are several coffee shops and restaurants. There is La Moret confiserie, great chocolate tarts and cakes. In the next village Perroy about 5 minutes is another great artisanal chocolate shop. La Tristan. You may tried all the chocolate before you buy them. The Mont-sur-Rolle region also grow great white wine from chasselas grapes, other wine are available e.g. Pinot Gris, pinot Noir etc. One can talk long walks in the vineyards with amazing panoramic views in all directions. Public transport is fairly convenient. 2 minutes walk to a bus stop to catch a bus to Rolle Train station. Bus ride is 4 minutes. Taxi ride is CHF 10.00 to Rolle Train Station and vice verse. Car drive to Montreux is about 40 minutes Car drive to Lausanne city center is 20 minutes in normal traffic condition Car drive to Geneva is 20 to 25 minutes in normal traffic condition. Car drive to Geneva Airport is 20 minutes Around Mont-sur-Rolle suggestion is to take long walks or bicycle. However it is recommended to wear helmet as some of the vineyards paths/roads are steep. 1 car park space is available No smoking After 10pm to come up the stairs quietly There is a common laundry room with washing machine and dryer but guests have to put coins in it. A cleaning lady is available twice or once a week for between CHF 75 to CHF 100 each time for 3 hours of cleaning.
