Whole lower floor with three bedrooms, 1 bathroom (access only through one of the bedrooms), and a living room/artist studio space with kitchenette. Outside deck and patios around pond. Located in rural Oregon near Corvallis surrounded by beautiful pristine forest. If more than four people, price changes, so make sure you are making the reservation with the correct number of guests:) Complete, independent lower floor with kitchenette, 1 bathroom (access only through 1 bedroom), 3 bedrooms. Comfortably sleeps 8. The whole lower floor is accessible with independent entry. I give my guests space, but am available when needed. My husband and I live upstairs and are available most evenings to answer any questions about the area, OSU, life in Oregon, Art around the region, wineries, hikes, etc. We have lived in the area almost 20 years so are knowledgeable about the area and are happy to share what we love about the area:) Located in Mary's River Estates on 3 acres of forested land. Secluded and private. We are close to the "Corvallis to the Coast" trail, and many other trails. 15 Minutes from Oregon State University's Reser Stadium and downtown Corvallis.
