Gorgeous single room in Sunnyside near Manhattan

The room is located on 2nd floor. On the second floor there are 2 more bedrooms, all 3 rooms sharing a bathroom . ****Applicable taxes will be charged upon arrival .*** Sunnyside Gardens is a unique area in Queens. Historical area , the Gardens were declared landmark to preserve the original appearance of the houses. It is very quiet and very safe , also very close to Manhattan, approximately 20 minutes to Midtown, Because we have a lot of trees there are many birds , few animals as well. The birds are always singing and give the filling that you are in a country side. The guests can have access to the living room, dinning room, backyard where they can stay on the deck drinking a coffee or in the evening having a drink . I work at home so I can help for urgent matters day time and after I finish working at 7:00 pm I can dedicate more time to the guests requests and needs. My neighborhood is unique for the common gardens , we have a lot of green , all year round , also many birds , blue jay, red cardinal also my favorite bird the hummingbird . Subway 7, bus Q32, Q60, at 61st st Woodside LIRR train for Long Island . 1)Sorry the guests are not allowed to bring pets of any kind on my property . 2) The guests are required to eat at the dining table , no food should be brought in the rooms. If any guest will bring a small amount of food you must store it in the refrigerator if it’s needed . Please do not shop more than what you eat one day , the space is limited in the refrigerator since every guest is allowed to use it . Thank you
