This prime entertaining pad also overlooks the canal and large pontoon. The ground floor also houses the spacious, open plan kitchen that overlooks both the indoor and outdoor entertaining areas and the dining room that has seating for eight. There is a theatre room with a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating for eight. There is the perfect bedroom for Nan and Pop or a couple as it has a queen size bed and an ensuite. There is also a second bedroom on this ground level that sleeps four with two double beds and a powder room.
