Guest have access to fully stocked kitchen, living room, garden bbq, wifi and laundry. Room also has digital door lock. We are 15 min to Delicato Vineyard in Manteca. We provide food storage containers, copper cooking pots & pans, non stick pans and pot. Every room has its own shelf in the fridge and freezer and cabinet in the kitchen to store dry goods. Living room is equipped with a big 55 inch TV for your enjoyment. We have Netflix and Firestick for your viewing pleasures. Laundry room in house with detergent and stain remover in case of accidents. We have a covered patio in the back yard for your outdoor enjoyment. We are always just a text away if you should need us. We live in a beautiful quiet family oriented neighborhood. We have great walking trails and large park with in a 5 min walking distance. We are near highway 99 on ramp and 8 min from the i5 on ramp. Around the corner from our neighborhood is a shopping plaza with fast food, gas station, car wash, restaurants, Starbucks, grocery store and dry cleaner. We are not that far from Costco, wal-mart, many other grocery store options and lots of restaurants. You can do day trips to Yosemite, Napa valley, Sacramento, San Jose, San Francisco, Monterey, Santa Cruz or weekend trip to Southern California. We have travel guides to help you explore these destinations. We are also close to big league sports complex and Bass pro shop. For work, we are close to many corporates like Tesla, Amazon, UPS, FedEX, Rad Urban to name a few. We don't wear shoes in the house, we have a shoe rack at the door for you to leave your foot ware at.
