Prainha Beachfront Sunny Villa with terrace

Our sweet and cozy villa in private Prainha village is the ideal getaway for a couple or a family with children. With direct access to the private beach, 3 restaurants, grocery store, 3 pools, our house is only 3 mins walking to the beach, has a fully equiped Kitchen, a sunny living room, a wide patio, a master suite and a mezzanine double bed on the 1st floor. Nice views from the roof terrace . AC in 2 bedrooms. Wifi. free parking. Our home is better suited for a couple with two or three children, rather than 4 adults. One master bedroom en suite with 2 twin beds and a full bath. One double bed on the first floor mezanine that accomodates 2 teens and a small interior space where we have managed to place an extra twin bed. With fantastic views over the sea from its cliff-top position, the Prainha Village in Alvor (50 minutes from Faro airport) offers peaceful natural surroundings and a long list of services and facilities ( April-October) The complex has direct access, either by lift or footpath, to a beautiful small rocky bay (Prainha stands for small beach). There are 3 outdoor swimming pools, one of which has great sea views. The 3 tennis courts and the childrens playground ensure the whole family to be entertained. Some services including the beach lift, the pools and restaurants are open from first week of april until 1st of November. The Spa and Gym is open all yearound but will be charged separately. For those wishing to explore the area, the traditional fishermans village of Alvor is just 2.5 km away, and city of Portimao is 4 km away. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in Portimao, and Praia da Rocha should you wish to dine anywhere else but in the romantic settings of the Prainha's restaurant Caniço . Note: due to COVID restrictions, opening date of the facilities such as swimming pools, restaurants, supermarket might vary. At the Prainha Village you have access to all facilities (open from April to end of October): The lift that leads directly to the beach, the 3 swimming pools, the tennis courts, the 3 restaurants, the grocery store and the children playground. I dont live in the Algarve so I will not have the pleasure of meeting you personally but am always available for any type of assistance. You can walk up to Alvor Village and Praia da Rocha in 15 minutes. If you are planning to relax by the sea, Prainha has everything you need without having to drive anywhere. Easy to get a Uber driver. Works and maintenance- During winter months ( November - March) there might be works going on other units and the domain. Schedule is from 9h30 to 17h00 on weekdays. No works allowed on weekends. Please bear this in mind when booking during this period. Prainha Village is located in Alvor, aproximately 70km from Faro, the nearest airport. Right by the sea, stretching around 35ha of green lawns and cozy constructions along the cliff, and with direct access to the beautiful beach of the Três Irmãos, its idyllic views and perfect gardens make Prainha Village the perfect place for your holidays in family, friends or simply to relax. Here, all the details have been carefully thought to provide you with a friendly and family atmosphere that you can only find at Prainha. For your entertainment, Prainha Village offers you a wide range of high quality services and facilities such as 3 outdoor pools for adults and 2 outdoor pools for children ( pools are non heated), an indoor pool at the Spa (extra charge), the Atlantic pool over the cliff with breathtaking views over the ocean, the elevator built in the rocks (unique in Algarve) that gives you direct access to the beach, 3 restaurants of divers specialty and high quality, paddle court, children playground, and a grocery store with fresh produce and warm bread every morning! Please note that these services are open from 1st week of April until end of October. If you are visiting out of the “beach season” you will find plenty of options (restaurants, supermarkets) in nearby Alvor, Praia da Rocha/Portimao. The surrounding area is calm, although is close to the best golf courses in the region and only 2km away from the fishing village Alvor and from Praia da Rocha, two different places but famous by their restaurants, handicraft, bustling life and, of course, by their natural beauty.
