30 seconds walk to the beach, our home offers outstanding views over Kawau bay. The house is bright and airy, incredibly private with great open plan entertaining. Recently renovated (ongoing), super clean and well suited for stay at home entertaining. A well appointed kitchen, BBQ areas, decks, aircon. A seperate dining room with bar fridge and sink, ideal for board games or eating under candle light. The lounge has a 70" 4k HDR TV with Netflix, Apple TV and TV on demand for quiet nights. Snells beach is an incredible place to base yourself and explore Matakana, Goat Island and Kawau. Our house is drenched in sun, less than a minute walk to the beach, allowing for the perfect base to explore the area or just stay put, play cards and be on holiday or remote work. We have fantastic views and the house has great space, offering open plan living for families and also plenty of places to hide in if you want privacy or need to make a call. 3 bedrooms, master and spare with new comfortable queen beds and wardrobes. The single room has a single bed, and we can provide a blow up mattress if a second double bed is needed. Ample parking, even for a boat, with a boat ramp less than 100 meters from our driveway. We have a paddle board for anyone who wants to get out on the water. The backyard has great outdoor living, a larger deck, perfect for BBQs and sitting around in front of the outdoor fire. The house is 2 storied, downstairs is permanently tenanted, they keep an eye on the place when we are not around and can help if needed, otherwise they are invisible. We have 1gb broadband fibre and WiFi 6, so no issues with internet access, perfect for working from home. Office supplies can be made available if you need more than a seat at the kitchen for work. If you want recommendations on places to eat, shop or explore, just ask. If you need help or have special requirements anything is possible. We can arrange shopping and food waiting for you, we can arrange a chef to cook, baby sitters or even tours. We are just a short distance away if needed and are happy to provide advice and our thoughts on how to make the most of the house and the surrounding area. If you have special requirements, want catering, jets hire, fishing hire, anything is possible. Our home is at the end of a private cul-de-sac, its quiet, safe and friendly. Neighbors often share their home grown produce or some of their catch. No drive by traffic, kids always playing out in the street.
