This luminous and new refurbished apartment is an ideal base for exploring Lisbon. You will feel and live like a local, since the flat is located in a lively neighborhood, with plenty of grocery stores, local restaurants, and near the shopping center Amoreiras (supermarket, cinema, and the panoramic view 360°). The near business district, the city center and the NOVA University, are perfect for a professional stay as well. Our apartment of 55 sq meters can welcome up to 4 persons and one baby. You will find every comfort you need, with an elevator, double glazed windows, and a Wonderful view over the north east of Lisbon. The flat is spacious and comfortable, it has one bright bedroom thanks to its communicating veranda with a queen size bed, a large kitchen and a bright living room with a big couch that transform into a sofa bed for 2 people. The apartment has one bathroom with a large italian shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with : a dishwasher, a cooker, an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, a washing machine and electrical heating. Welcome home We will personally welcome you at your arrival to give you the keys, as well as showing you the apartment. We will answer the questions you might have and also recommend you a few good addresses. We wish you to enjoy your stay and get the most of it, so we have a few services available on demand: - Transfer services from the airport. - Tours in a private van to various historical hotspots like: Sintra, Belem, Cabo da Roca, Cascais. - Baby sitting. We are available 24h/24h. Discovering Lisbon will be easy, since de the flat is less then a 10 minutes walk from the main attractions : Eduardo VII Park, a Green house, the Calouste and Gulbenkian foundation, museum and park, the avenida da Liberdade, the aqueduct and reservatory « Mãe d’Agua »… The main advantage is the direct highway access, which enables you to visit the coast of Estoril, Cascais, go to Sintra, or take the 25th of April bridge to the south of Lisbon and its famous beach coast, by renting a car or by cab. Campolide neighborhood will offer an immersion into the Alfacinha’s way of life. By car: only 15 minutes away from the airport. Excellent road access, with immediate connection to the highway connecting Lisbon to Cascais and Sintra, and the 25th de Abril Bridge. Cab stands are at the back entrance of the Amoreiras shopping center. Public transport: - take the subway from the station « Sao Sebastiao » (5’ walk), is 5 stops to the city center « Baixa / Chiado » - Take the bus 758 from « Campolide » station in rua do Alecrim , that goes trough the city center to the Cais do Sodré main rail station in 20 minutes. - The tramway 24E : from « Campolide » station goes in the city center Welcome ! The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival, the sheets will be changed and we will provide 2 clean towels per person.
