Situated in a small tranquil gated area with a bakery on site. It is a 3 minute drive to the nearest beach, and a 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurant. The apartment has its own balcony and garden. There is a double bedroom and plenty of room for an additional person to sleep in the lounge on a very large sofa. There is a fully equipped kitchen diner and barbecue. A short drive along the coast to Caulonia, Roccella, Giosia all plentiful in restaurants producing wonderful Calabrese cuisine. Very close to the wonderful Ionian coast and beautiful unspoilt hill top villages. A place for families and friends to relax and enjoy all that the area has to offer. The apartment is home from home providing all the comforts you should require. You have access to the whole property. I am contactable and have local people available if you require any assistance. The property is just off the SS106 accessing the coast, making it ideal to travel from here, a trip to Reggio to view the Riace Bronzes and a ferry trip to Scilily. If not relax and enjoy the unspoilt beaches, bars and restaurants. Parking is right outside the property and a car is necessary. There are local buses to all town and the train network is excellent and cheap if you feel like a journey along the coast. Beds will not be made up but bedding and towels are provided. You will need to turn gas and water on but simple instructions will be provided.
