Large deck is attached to your bedroom with shaded canopy, 2 lounge chairs, pillows, ferns, hanging plants, and mesmerizing daily shows provided by many humming birds...all with a great view of the gardens and sunsets. House interior is modern with interesting art pieces and that is changed out often and Christmas is uniquely original "Steampunk" as some photos show...everything is meant to be visually interesting. Living room has comfortable furniture, whiten marble gas fireplace, a small world travel, garden, art and world history library for you to enjoy. This attention to detail is carried out into the secluded acre woodland garden with forest walking path, cool owner welded "Cubicon"sculpture, over 1000 natural plants, 550 Hostas and ferns, and the mirrored "Imersive" WALK in work of art...yeah..walk in. Several garden benches let you enjoy the sunset view over the country fields while the horses graze. Garden has night time romantic Italian Lights, gas fire table surrounded with comfortable guest chairs/ pillows and in the dark of this rural setting the stars perform nightly far removed from city lights in natural silence. Entire garden is attached to neighboring horse ranch with 37 horses (usually 8-10 adorable newborn colts every spring! Hammock and barefoot grass area is to be enjoyed with a good book or a bottle of wine provided as a gift by your host. Kitchen is available for your use, includes Kurig coffees, ciders or hot chocolate, microwave, full fridge, stove, and odds and ends you might need. Counters are Brazilian Black granite, modern dining table, full China, and all the pots / pans you want. Large attached deck overlooks garden and horse pasture view with outdoor hot tub accessible from your bedroom patio doors also. Speaking of which, bedroom suite has private full bath, shower and washer / dryer for your use. Bedroom has 55 " Curved Samsung Television that has Netflix included. Your bedroom patio door opens to deck with sitting area and hot tub...nothing beats soaking for an hour before hitting the hay and your guaranteed to sleep like a baby. Second bedroom with full sized bed is also available for your friends, family or children right next to yours. Owner occupies and permanently “lives in” his ultimate “MANcave” which is his former 2 car garage that he has totally redone into the largest (and coolest) room in the house that has its own separate entrance to it, so unless you text him, he’s not going to be around much but can appear (like a Ninja) if you need something. He understands and appreciates that most guests / couples would rather have privacy and he works to make sure you have that with very little (sometimes none) interactions. He is also gone most often with a busy career. A 28 year old tenant occupies lower level, who also works and when in his basement studio apartment is typically with a headset on playing video games and when downstairs studio apartment was built, I put in extra sound barrier insulation in the ceiling so the two floors are very sound proofed from each other. That just leaves Buddy, a beautiful and friendly husky mix who will keep you company when he's not on squirrel patrol. EVERYONE falls in love with Buddy, the ‘Official, and WELL reviewed, Airbnb Greeter Dog” who will meet you at the door EVERY time you come in. Lower level bathroom is not yet complete so owner requires occasional use of the separate general upstairs bathroom but otherwise he’s a Ninja and you don't see him...seriously I tell you this in advance because I / we are not around much...you REALLY are "on your own" more than not and most young couples ' travelers like that part of the experience too. Spacious country setting is on the outskirts of town. Easy 15 minutes drive brings you to many downtown Janesville restaurants and nightlife.
