The lake is minutes from the house, offers boat rentals, swimming, fishing, hiking, and a small beach area. Easy travel toTombstone, AZ Trail, Tubac, Golf Course, Kartchner caverns, Patagonia, Mexico, wine and spirit tasting in Sonoita and Elgin. no in house prepared meals. very quiet and private home offers a rare getaway experience. Bird feeders, large garden with walkways and benches, patio with sectional and table facing the Atascosas and fish pond with soothing waterfall. bedroom with queen bed, fridge, closet, desk faces the Patagonias. private bath and optional outdoor shower use. leather sectional in front of large screen tv, wifi, dining room, and bar countertop. 6+ acres to explore. private parking on property. Always creating more garden spaces so there may be more in store than what is listed. all areas are accessible except host's private bedroom suite. no use of the bar can be allowed. garage access for host only. kuerig is for guests. LR, DR, private bath, private bedroom, large gardens, patio, outdoor shower all available for guests. i honor my guests' desires. if you would like interaction i will accommodate. if you prefer complete privacy i respect that as well. this neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. your views will be mostly of the mountains with hills and washes in the foreground. parking is on site. you will need a vehicle to get places. Patagonia Lake area is remote. there are nearby stores and shopping as well as things to do, but you will want to drive. everything is easy to get to access to the bar in the dining room is not allowed. please remember that climate is different in parts of Arizona. it can get very cold as well as very hot. this is high desert area as well. animals, insects, plants will all be found here. please dress appropriately and use caution when outside, both with plants, climate, and other native residents. if unsure what to pack or what to look for, please ask and i will be more than willing to help.
