Comfortable Broulee South Beach Townhouse directly fronting onto the beach with ocean views and bird songs surrounding, this makes a great relaxing get away for families, couples and friends. This is a well loved family home with a library of books in art, fashion, literature and history; comfortable furniture; and an easy care kitchen for casual living in one of the most beautiful spots on the South Coast. We are making our home available when traveling ourselves for couples or small families who will take care of our things, enjoy their stay, and leave for us to return to. Note: there are many open tread stairs over three levels and thus not suitable for young children or those with mobility difficulties. Thanks for understanding. Set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with reserve surroundings and a range of birdlife, including yellow tailed cockatoos. Offering sensational ocean views from the entertaining deck, this beachfront Broulee townhouse is perfect for a relaxing getaway or holiday. A short walk along a track at the end of the cul-de-sac takes you to beautiful Bengello (South Broulee) Beach. The beach is patrolled during the summer months, has a nice cafe, Surf Club, and offers activities that include great surfing, fishing from the rocks, snorkelling and walks around the Island. To save valuable time and resources and keep prices reasonable, we do not provide bed linen, bath towels, or kitchen towels. We keep a full range of cooking basics in the kitchen and ask that you restock anything you use. The home is over three levels and offering three bedrooms, master ensuite with large tub, a fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, open-plan living, three balconies, the ocean side balcony has a bbq, a front courtyard and secure undercover parking. There are 4 beds: 2 queen sized beds and 2 king single beds. Perfect for a couple or family. You'll have full access to the house. Broulee is on the South Coast in the middle of Eurobodalla Shire. Broulee itself is welcoming small community with shops, cafes and easy biking or close driving to towns of Moruya and Batemans Bay.
