The apartments are located 2 km from the historical centre of Recanati. Each of the houses has its own private entrance, separated from the other adjacent and nearby houses. On a quiet and secondary road, the private houses are surrounded by a flowery and newborn English garden and in its vicinity there are oaks and olive trees. The name of the holiday house "sul calar del sole" finds its meaning also for its strategic position: in the east the sun rises from the sea with a view of Monte Conero and the sea of the Riviera; in the west the sun sets behind the hilly landscape of Recanati. The view is fascinating and allows you to fully enjoy the typical landscape of the Marche region that fades from the hills towards the sea. The houses are completely new and have been open for a week; for this reason there are no reviews available yet. The principle of a holiday home with a private entrance is to leave the guest independence from the beginning to the end of his stay, without ever leaving him alone. The guest will be able to access his house through the keys, which he will find inside a small safe in complete autonomy thanks to a code that will be provided before arrival. The neighborhood is known for its peace and quiet. The private houses are located in the open countryside, away from busy streets, near the center of Recanati and a few minutes drive from Porto Recanati, the sea of the Riviera and its most famous beaches (Spiaggia Urbani, San Michele, Sassi neri, Portonovo, Mezza Valle, Le due Sorelle), Loreto, Sirolo, Numana, Castelfidardo, Osimo and Macerata. Guests have the possibility to find parking both inside (subject to availability) and outside the complex.
