French Escapes-Maison Sans Tourelle

Maison Sans Tourelle is one of two houses available for rent individually or together. Its a light and airy house, in a large garden with a great pool. It has 3 bedrooms plus a dining room which can become bedroom 4 if needed. Due to Covid you will have exclusive use of the property and pool as we will only let 1 house at a time, unless the same group wants to rent both houses. You have your own independent access to this 3 bedroom house. If you need more accommodation you can also rent the second property at half price. The properties can be rented individually or together. During the COVID Pandemic we will only be letting 1 house at a time, unless it is the same group that is renting both houses. This will allow social distancing, a safer environment for you, and time for the houses to air on changeovers with more time for a deeper clean. The garden are and pool will be for your exclusive use whether you have rented just one house or both houses. We live on site but have our own independent garden and entrance. So we are on hand if you need us but equally we do not intrude if you appreciate your privacy The village of Salles is a quiet location next to the River Cerou. There are no amenities in the village itself but they are available nearby in Monesties (5km) or Cordes (9km). There is a bread van that visits the village at lunchtime on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. There are restaurants nearby in Monesties and Cordes Sur Ciel. A car is essential to get the best out of your stay. The nearest train stations are at Cordes-Vindrac or Carmaux. There are buses into Albi from Cordes, and there are bus stops in the village served by the Tarn bus, but this is not a frequent service. A small welcome pack will be provided. Cleaning materials will be available. Bed linen and tea towels will be provided and freshly laundered before your arrival. If you prefer to bring your own bed linen please let me know. Towels can be provided at a small extra charge of 10€ per person.
