Tastefully restored farmhouse Casale Boschetto

Casale Boschetto is a tastefully restored two-story farmhouse, located in the country side of Umbria, a one hour drive from Rome. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with a stone fireplace, a large kitchen and a small bathroom. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms, that can accommodate up to 11 guests, and 2 bathrooms. The house overlooks a beautiful valley and is surrounded by 7 hectares of land (about 17 acres). Next to the house there is a small garden, a grove of trees and a pond. In season you can taste the fresh products of the vegetable garden. An outbuilding with a large room can be rented for meetings, events and parties. Cristina or Fabio, a friend of hers, will welcome you and are ready to give you tips and advices you need for a pleasant stay. The house is a 5 min. walk from the medieval village of Otricoli, where you can find shops, bar, minimarket, etc. The village has architectonic and archeological traces of its pre-roman roots and its later medieval development (URL HIDDEN.) Two km from the village is the archeological park of Ocriculum, the roman town located at the bight of the river Tiber (URL HIDDEN) To Otricoli from Rome: take motorway A1, exit Magliano Sabina, from there you drive 5 more km
