4 Bedroom Rustic Barn for Special Gatherings

Ground level of rustic barn with 4 bedrooms, big kitchen, dining, living room, 2 level deck, fire pit, grill. Big field for dogs & kids to play. Good for playing acoustic music, board games, heart to heart conversations and deep sleep. Close to Peterborough with restaurants, art, live music, yoga, fancy shops, swimming, biking, skiing. Small quiet NH town. Not suited for rowdy parties (cops notice) but lively gatherings work! Vintage home, high energy kids need to be attended. This post and bean barn was built in 1850. Renovation has not covered much of the areas where you can see pegs and notch construction. My grandparents renovated the first floor in the 1950s, putting a ceiling on the hayloft to create a foyer and turning the horse stalls into bedrooms. This is where my father's first jazz bands rehearsed for their summer tours. My grandfather was a bookworm and even though we got rid of hundred of books, there are still couple hundred lining the walls. Over the years we updated the kitchen, added a full bathroom but tried to keep the rustic hardware and general layout. There is a stone fire pit out back near a meadow where the peeper frogs will sing to you all night. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, deck, backyard field, all common areas are accessible. Basement and attic space are off limits. Driveway is crushed stone and sand which can be more difficult than pavement for anyone with a wheelchair, walker, or cane. Host keeps some personal items in a bedroom upstairs. I am fully vaccinated but can also wear a mask during any in person interactions and am available by text for any questions. If I am not available, I have a co host who is available in person. Small town with a general store, coffee shop, wifi at the town library.
