When booked, it must be used for personal leisure time and cannot be used for any meetings of any kind, interviews, photo/film shoots, parties, fundraisers or anything other than quiet peaceful enjoyment. If any of these are done without permission, the rental agreement becomes null and void. This is a private quiet residential suite intended to be enjoyed by the guests.
