Tipis at Ponty (Mavis)

A luxury fully furnished tipi on a six acre smallhoding on the Powys/Shropshire borders . The intimate site has been designed to sympathetically blend into the spectacular hillside location with beautiful views up the valley. The tipi has its own bespoke cooking pod with all cooking utensils etc provided, and a fire pit for the more adventurous cook ! Also on site is Sunset Shack ,two wet rooms,a kitchenette with shop and even a table tennis table in the upper wood ! The campers are able to use the communal sunset shack , bespoke wet rooms and kitchenette. They can walk their dogs on our three acre river edged paddock and have campfires by their tipis The guests have access to all areas on the campsite We live on site and are always near to hand Llansantffraid village, Snowdonia national park , lake vrynwy , llanrhaedr waterfall, Powys castle, Chirk castle and many more as well as Shrewsbury , Oswestry, Chester and Welshpool We have parking on site, no cars are allowed on the actual site . Perfect place to cycle from and many walks near by we have maps and lists of walks in our information board Within close proximity of shops, pubs, restaurants , takeaways but on the doorstep of many places of natural beauty to explore
