The view is breathtaking......There is a cosy sitting area with two sofa's and two armchairs. An extra folding bed can be placed in one of the bedrooms (costs extra € 20,-) crib: free. You can use the entire outside area, including playground, 1 terrace next to the house and 1 terrace near swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with dish washer, refrigerator, barbecue place, sauna, swimming pool, in -outdoor shower, bathroom The whole outdoor space is just for you and your family (including pool, outdoor kitchen etc.) Peter and I are living in the same building on level -1. Castelnuovo Calcea is just a small, small beautiful village with an old church, bar, restaurant, restored ruine, grocery and a post office. If you need more you have to drive for 10 min. In your apartment you will find a folder with a lot of great restaurants, info about trains, shops etc. etc. Standard: bath towels, kitchen linen, bed linen, complete kitchen equipment, cleaning material. You have to take one stairway inside up to the apartment and one step down to the swimming pool.
