Private Suite - Close to Hospitals and University

Looking for easy access to Hospitals and University or Newcastle central? This newly renovated Guest Suite is 5 minutes from the Mater Hospital and the University and 10 minutes from the John Hunter Hospital. 15 minutes from Newcastle's beautiful beaches! Fully self contained with convection/griller/ microwave oven and induction hotplate provided in the kitchenette. Secure private access to the suite and access to inground swimming pool. Fully self contained, newly renovated suite with leafy outlook and access to swimming pool. There is 2 friendly dogs on site that do not have access to the suite however you may see them when accessing the pool! The Sofa Bed in the living room is a small double, ideal for 1 adult, however could accommodate 2 children. Access to swimming pool on the property however there is 2 friendly dogs that you may encounter to access the pool. Myself and my 2 teenage children live upstairs. We are available any time to help out with local information or anything you may need in the accommodation. Available by phone at any time if we are not around. There is 2 very friendly dogs on site who may want to say hello on the way to the pool. Other than that they are out of your way! 5 minutes drive to both the Mater Hospital and Newcastle University and 10 minutes drive to the John Hunter. 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Lizottes Restaurant Theatre. An easy 15 minute drive to the centre of Newcastle and the beautiful beaches. 5 minutes drive to Waratah Village for convenience of Coles, K Mart, Chemist, coffee shops and a 5 minute drive to the local Lambton Village with a variety of local shops and cafes. Lambton also boasts the beautiful Lambton Park and a wonderful outdoor swimming complex with BBQ facilities and a variety of swimming pools. It is only a 10 minute walk into the village of Lambton however there is a hill!! By car everything is close by. 15 mins into the city and beaches. 5 mins to hospitals,uni and shops. 10 min walk to closest bus stop. Taxi, Uber, Ola and DiDi available.
