Southern Shores/Breeze offers all the comforts, amenities and modern conveniences to make your stay enjoyable. Fully self-contained deluxe villa with fully equipped kitchen and laundry, located between beautiful Middleton Beach and family friendly Emu Point and walking distance to Albany golf course. Our villa is perfect to use as a base to discover Albany and surrounds. With extra attention to detail which includes Wi-Fi, Foxtel, flat screen TV & DVD player and mini Hi-Fi & CD player. Southern Shores is a fully self-contained villa and has two good sized bedrooms; a master bedroom with queen bed with en-suite bathroom and TV, Bed 2 has a queen bed with TV and large robes for storage, there is a separate bathroom with bath and a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer and an additional separate toilet. We supply tea, coffee and milk on arrival. There is a coffee plunger with local "Beck and Call" ground coffee for your use. Feel free to take the coffee on your departure - this is our gift to you. A port-a-cot and high chair is available on request at no cost. Please note - guests will need to supply their own linen for the port-a-cot. A folder bed is also available for $30 per night on request. Southern Shores is situated an easy walk to the beach and golf course. It has access to cycle paths into Middleton Beach and to Emu Point. There is a lockable store room to store your bikes, sporting equipment and golf clubs. There is additional parking for boat trailers in the complex. We pride ourselves on the level of cleanliness and attention to detail of the villa, for guests staying more than 7 days we offer a mid-stay clean, which includes clean towels, fresh sheets and a floor wash. PERFECT LOCATION..... Pack your golf clubs; Southern Shores is an easy walk to the Albany Golf Club, have a round or just practice on the driving range. You can hire a set of golf clubs too... A leisurely stroll and you are over the sand dunes to the beautiful Middleton Bay or cycle/walk along the cycle-way that follows the coast and takes you to the beautiful tranquil waters of the family friendly Emu Point or head west to the gentle waves of Middleton Beach. Bikes are available for hire at Middleton Beach. Middleton Beach also has waves for surfing or body boarding - maybe have a lesson or two. Southern Shores is located in a quite beach side suburb of Albany, you will require a car to enjoy a coffee at a local café or to dine out in the wonderful restaurants in town or maybe travel to Denmark to sight see or dine but you may also just want to relax and wonder over the dunes to the beautiful sands of Middleton Bay and take a picnic. For extended hours IGA is at the bottom of York St in town. WE ARE CHILD FRIENDLY…… High chair, portable cot, games, mini Hi-Fi and CD player, TV & DVD player and Foxtel are included also (it's the kids holiday too) plastic plates & cups, block out curtains in all bedrooms. Remember to pack the kids bikes and beach toys or the fishing rods, you’re only a short 100 meters to the cycle track and beautiful white sands of Middleton Bay. The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, with a fully enclosed courtyard with BBQ and outdoor setting for you to relax and enjoy.
