Breezy Hill: Massive Views, 1 mile to Catamount Ski!!

Just 1 mile from Ski Catamount and awesome aerial ropes course adventure park in summer! Pets are considered with a pet fee. (No cats due to allergies.) Amenities include 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths - Sleeps 8, Internet and Wifi (Zoom Friendly!), Direct TV, wood burning stove, 15 acre of hiking and cross country trails on the property, Spectacular Views, Outdoor Shower, and Mini-split ACs. (House is 2600 Square Feet.) MAIN FLOOR: The kitchen, dining room and living room are situated in an open floor plan on the upper level with a full wall of glass sliding doors to take in the views. A deck wraps around the living room and dining room and includes Adirondack chairs, table with umbrella, and a gas grill. The furnished screened in porch off the kitchen allows for outdoor living without the bugs. The updated kitchen has high-end stainless steal appliances, oodles of cabinets, counter space, and cooking gadgets. The upper level has the master bedroom suite with a queen bed, full bathroom with tub/shower combination, and window A/C unit in the summer. If traveling with small children there is a Pack N Play available (guest brings their own sheets).  THE LOWER LEVEL floor has 3 bedrooms, a full bath with shower and a TV room with sliding doors that lead to the ground floor deck. (The washer and dryer are located in the basement.) OUTSIDE: The 7+ acres feature a swimming pond with a floating dock, a small creek running along the edge of the property, and plenty of land to explore and hike. (Fishing in the pond is allowed, but catch and release only please.) There is an outdoor shower tucked in a protected nook on the ground floor. In winter, just step out the front door for great sledding and snowshoeing!  LOCATION: The house is perfectly located for a great get-away. 30 minutes to Hudson for great food, art galleries and antiquing. 20 minutes to the great shops and restaurants in Great Barrington. For hikers, Bash Bish Falls is a 10 minute drive as is the Appalachian Trail. For skiers you are only one mile from Catamount 20 minutes to Butternut and 45 to Jiminy Peak Summer renters can enjoy the sense of getting-away-from-it-all, but still be within a short drive to all the cultural events the Berkshires are known for: live theater, dance, wonderful shopping, restaurants, galleries. etc. Plenty of lakes surround the area for swimming, head to Taconic State Park or stay home and jump right into the pond. NO SMOKING and well behaved pets are considered with a $150 pet fee (no cats due to allergies.) Guests have access to the entire house and the full 7+ acres property. I give space but am available if needed. Also, there is a welcome book at the house with all of the important information to help guide and assist guest during their stay. Private Retreat The Hillsdale Farmers market, each Saturday in season, cannot be beat! You are 1 mile from Ski Catamount with fun night access Fridays and Saturdays. The big Lights are on and music playing... so fun! Catamount features a ropes course in the fall too! John Andrews Restaurant/bar is less than 5 minutes drive.
