The Hill House is surrounded by 3 acres of deep woods and a large manicured yard, great for all sports or relaxing. Outside furniture and BBQ are included. All your usual comforts in the backwoods of the Catskills. Our home is quite and secluded, yet close to all the surrounding towns amenities. Less then 2 miles from the Delaware River, state access and canoe / kayak rentals, 5 minutes to Downtown Callicoon, 15 minutes to Bethal Woods Performing Arts Center, 30 minutes to Monticello NY and Honesdale PA. Only 2.5 hours from NYC Come relax, unwind and enjoy the serenity of the country! Guests have access to whole house, deck, outdoor living space, bbq, and manicured yard. DirecTV service and local Verizon phone service. Garages and basement are for private use only. A peaceful meet and greet may happen but enjoy your stay in privacy. We live near by so anything you many need is a simple call or email away. We maintain the lawn and remove garbage every Friday. We are 3 miles north of Callicoon in a peaceful, private and secluded town called Hankins! Delaware River access is less then 1 mile away with canoe, kayak and tube rentals. Bethel Woods Center for the Arts is only a 15 minute drive with "national geographic" views around every turn.
