John's house is a spacious and comfortable 80 sqm house, which has just been renovated. It is located in a very quiet rural area in the centre of the island, surrounded by an olive grove of 3,000 sqm. The house consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, a living room and a third additional room that can be used if guests are 5. It has a wc with shower and an outdoor shower with hot water 24 hours a day It also has a large veranda with very nice view where the guests can enjoy their breakfast, lunch or dinner. During the renovation, some elements of the furnishings were kept from the past in order to have a continuity in the life of the house. The equipment of the house is complete for a long and pleasant stay. On the roof of the house are installed photo-voltaic panels that generate electricity from the solar energy.This cause no harm for the inhabitants of the house ,on the contrary it removes heat and make cooling during the summer easier I am always completely available at any time, day or night for any question-help. My permanent residence is in Athens, but many times I will be present at the reception / departure of my guests. My cousin Stephanos resident of the village will be always present for 24 hours a day and will help the visitors to whatever they need. The rest of the hours there is almost no traffic. There are no other houses within a radius of 60 m.
