Our studio apartments are newly built with chic and cozy interiors. We are centrally located yet we are in a not so busy neighborhood. Close to nightlife, the airport and the city center as well as several wellness spas and restaurants. Most importantly the beach is just a short walk from our place. Our studio apartments are tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay a comfortable and hassle free one. We have a functional kitchen, spacious bathroom with hot/cold shower, double sized bed, flat screen tv with cable, brand new AC, as well as clean sheets and towels that shall be changed every 3 days, or sooner for a minimal fee upon request. Ideal for couples and business travelers Our rooms are ideal for 2 persons but can fit an extra bed for extra person charge. We have a total of 6 studios in our place. Guests will have 24 hour access to the apartments and they also have access to the roofdeck where one can enjoy viewing the sunset with the Majestic Mount Talinjs in the background or just relax and enjoy the cool breeze with a cold drink. My staff Jean will be available 7 am - 6 pm everyday should you need anything. She will assist you during check-in and check-out. She could also help you with your laundry or if you needed anything at all please feel free to ask her or you may message me as well and i would be happy to help. 32 Rovira Residences is centrally located but in a not so busy, quiet residential neighborhood. We are near several schools and universities which makes public transport easily accessible and convenient. We are also within easy distance of Dumaguete's favorite nightlife areas; Hayahay and several other bars and restos! Gabby's bistro is a short walk from our place too! *There May be some street noise from passing vehicles since the building is by the road. The best way to travel and enjoy the city is by pedicab or by renting a motorcyle! We also have motorcycle rental available.
