1 bedroom in house with garden near Basel

Stay just outside of Basel in a shared house with your own en-suite bathroom. There is a parking spot for you to use and you can be in Basel within just a 20 minute drive. The city Laufen is a lively little town with good access to Basel (trains every 30 mins) but also close to nature for local hikes. The house is a 15 minute walk from the station and the grocery stores. Laufen is a great place to stay if you want to enjoy Basel’s cultural highlights and still have a bit of peace and quiet. Your bedroom is on the first floor. The bathroom (used only by you) is on the same floor. The hallway with a few amenities such as fridge, kettle and coffee machine, gives you further space. Anna, the host, lives on the ground floor. You are welcome to use the kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. Bleiholle is a quiet residential area surrounded by farming fields. Walking (or jogging) routes are in front of the house. If you feel like going on longer hikes (i.e. Jura), Laufen is a good starting point. If, on the other hand, you are more into culture, Basel is a mere 20 minute train ride away. Theater, movies, museums, pubs, restaurants and „chilling“ by the Rhine to mention a few. If you travel by car, you will have free access to an outside parking lot next to the house. A 15 minute walk will take you to the station. You will have trains to Basel every 30 minutes. The guest card grants you free public transport in the greater area of Basel (Basel airport and Laufen are included) during your stay.
