Swallow's Nest...a serene and beautiful getaway

Welcome to Swallows Nest, our beautiful and serene getaway beach cottage. This totally refurbished home has all the modern amenities including state of the art kitchen and designer master bath. Located on the bay and facing the wildlife preserve, there are beautiful sunrises and sunsets. New Deck just added. Great place to get away from it all. NOTE: THIS IS A BAY BEACH AND IS NOT A SWIMMING BEACH. To clarify, it's great for taking long walks and sunning but not suitable for bathing. We use this place when it isn't rented, so it is fully equipped with what you would expect in your own home. You will have the entire cottage We live nearby, but you will have the place to yourselves. The cottage is located in a very private area of Pickering Beach, but within minutes of Dover Downs and shopping areas. Swimming beaches are about an hour’s drive away No public transportation is available here, so you would need a car to get around. Closest market is about 3 miles away. The cottage is located right on the beach and is elevated, so not suitable for folks who have difficulty with stairs.
