This sunny and spacious bi-level end unit sits on a quiet street offering everything you need in a home. With room to sleep 5 comfortably, entertain your friends with a back patio overlooking a spacious outdoor area with paths leading to a gazebo that winds around a lake. Come enjoy this luxury town home with all the modern touches to help you relax in this retreat away from the bustle of the city. A piano in the living room adds to the charm of this bright home while the upstairs boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including side by side laundry in between. There's also a 1/2 bath on the main level adjacent to an open yet spacious kitchen and dining area. Contact host to arrange access, we are flexible and can accommodate check-in and check-out at virtually any time you need during your reservation. Host is not located on property, but is available to be contacted by phone or through Airbnb messages should you need anything. On occasion, host may need to come by to water the plants/flowers, take garbages out or access items in the garage. We will alert all guests of this ahead of time if we need to come on site. Round Lake is a peaceful place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy fresh country air out amongst the trees and lakes, with plenty of the conveniences of urban living located conveniently nearby. Only a 4 minute drive to the Round Lake Metra Station, 50 minutes drive to the city. We have two twin air mattresses (self filling, super comfortable) available if you need a few extra beds to sleep on. There is also a gas grill out back that you can use during (May-October) as you please. Just make sure to switch the propane gas off when you are done cooking. If the tank is empty, you can have it refilled at Walgreens, 7-11, Home Depot or any other location of your choosing nearby. Please note there is a $25/night charge for each guest over 3, which will automatically be calculated with your reservation.
