Lake view 2 bedroom apartment with private terrace

Welcome to our villa located near the famous lake Como. You'll find us in the small city Valbrona, famous for biker touring, climbing and hiking. We offer a modern interior 60 square meters apartment, with a small kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a gasping view of the lake and the mountains. The apartment has a 70 square meter private terrace in front of the lake. We recommend to travel by car since the house is quite isolated. OBS: We don’t have breakfast included, only Nespresso machine We offer a two bedroom apartment suitably for up to 5 guests. Perfect for a big family or a group of friends. There is two double bedrooms (where we can add an extra bed) with smart TV, free netflix and prime video. There's a living room/kitchen. Outside the bedrooms you have a big private terrace with a fantastic view of lake como and the mountains. The apartment has a private entrance with a small private garden. The house is located 1,2 kilometres from the small centre in Valbrona. So it’s a little bit isolated but perfect if you travel by car and looking for full nature and relax. We have hiking trails just outside the property where you can reach the lake or up to the mountains. I suggest to pass by a supermarket before you arrive, the nearest large supermarket “familia” is in canzo 15 minutes away that you’ll pass when you arrive from Milan or Como next to our train station "Asso". Also in Valbrona there’s a small grocery store “la bottega Valbrona” that has everything you might need as well but they have limited opening hours. 10 minutes by car you’ll arrive to the lake with a lot of diffident choices, beach bars and restaurants that also offer boat or kayak rentals. If you prefer there’s also free beaches where you can swim and have pick nick. Our guests has access to private parking and private entrance with a little garden. When you arrive to the parking you’ll pass a stiff curve with the car, pay attention and drive slow. Even large cars and small trucks can pass easily but you need to be careful. The apartment has a large terrace and it’s private to the apartment no one else has access to it. There’s a small kitchen without oven and freezer, but with microwave, water boiler, induction stove, dishwasher and nespresso machine with some coffee and tea. Our guest will also find one bathroom with shower, another one with bathtub and two double bedroom with a view of the lake and the mountains. Please let me know you need anything. It’s so important to me that our guests having their best time so don’t hesitate to ask me for anything or let me know if something is missing in the apartment/kitchen or anything. I’m always available! We have a lot of trekking trails around. From the house we have a trail to the lake that takes about 40 minutes and another trail up in the mountain where you can enjoy a meal at “Camanin” an agriturismo restaurant in Crezzo (you need to book). With only 5 minutes by car (or even by foot but it’s quite long) you’ll arrive to the parking for the famous trail “corni di Canzo “ and to the resturant “rifugio sev”. In 20 minutes by car you can reach the area “Monte primo” by hiking you’ll arrive to the top where you can see the whole como lake, from north to south of the two “legs”, Como and Lecco. We have different place around to go hourseback riding, climbing and kitesurfing. This part of the lake is a lovely place to go with few tourists, so it’s easier to enjoy the real Italian life but if you like you can arrive to Bellagio in only 14 km to explore the famous village. From our house to the little city center there’s 1,4 kilometers, in the center you’ll find a little supermarket, bar, atm, fruit market, pizza for also home delivery (many guests like to order and eat at the terrace) and an Italian restaurant. If you plan to stay here many days, we really suggest a trip to a farm called “Agricola sant Anna” in Eupilio. It’s a 20 minutes drive but it’s a very charming place with excellent food. Its on the way to/from Milan, so if you’re driving by you could go for lunch or dinner or even just a walk and have homemade ice cream in their shop where they also are selling their meat, cheese etc all made by them. It’s very popular so you need to book in advance. -Onno Lulu beach, Bar/restaurant that also offer boat and kayak renting -La Breva, Lovely restaurant with terrace on the lake. they have very good food and the price is very convenient. - La fornace Camping and restaurant by the lake, the place is very charming. -Juancito Restaurant by the lake nearby, fish from the lake. They also have a beach with sunbeds. In Valbrona (1,5km): -La Mandragola Pizzeria/ristorante -Albergo Sala Hotel, restaurant and bar. You can find the days menu on their account - @ristorante_sala Above Valbrona called Oneda you find a small hut that's called - Bar ristorante Oneda. Giusy serves hot chocolate, vine, sandwishes and charcuterie plates. they have a parking space so you could park there and have a snack, then you could walk around 1.5 hours up to "Corni di canzo" and you'll arrive to -Rifugio SEV, where you can have lunch. Its a beautiful hike with wonderful views. Always call to check so both of them are open. From the house you could walk up to Crezzo and there you’ll find the restaurant/agriturismo: Ca Manin very good but you always have to call before and book. Near Valbrona in Asso: - La storico di Asso Close to us, very good typical food Further away: - Sant Anna in Eupilio On the way from Milan. It’s in the town Eupilio and it’s a farm, they have amazing food almost everything produced by them, the place is very beautiful and nice to have a walk around. Rifugio martina, Beautiful view Is a restaurant in the mountain, if you like hiking it’s a 20 minutes walk from the parking lot. Chalet Gabriele, This is also in the mountains but not so high, they have parking outside. Simple dishes from this area. next to the adventure park -Jungle rider, where you can go climbing in the threes, its perfect for the whole family. Baita belvedere, Beautiful view Located above Bellagio -Suisse Hotel/restaurant in Bellagio, very good food and service, a bit pricy. -Lido di Bellagio A summer club in Bellagio. Covo It’s in malgrate and they have very good pizza and the street is nice with some bars Rocopom Ristorante, Valmadrera, It’s a very modern nice design restaurant and bar Albergo Sala is in our small town, if you like something nearby. They also have take out/delivery La mandragola is also in our town and it’s a pizzeria but they also has pasta, meat and more. Also take out/delivery I would say that you definitely need a car to travel around here, we have a train station so you can go to milan by train over the day but for the rest i would suggest a car or motorbike.
