Private room in a sweet Lima home just minutes away from things like the gym, grocery store, college campus and mall. 3 minutes from downtown <3 No Cable but WiFi here! This is a private room that's available in a house with common spaces like the kitchen, living room and workspace. When you arrive you'll have a quick easy access to the guest room which will be all yours and have keyed access, my living room, front porch, back deck, kitchen and workspace off the kitchen. You'll share a bathroom with another guest! I'd love to share travel stories if you love to be regaled by stories that will have you in stitches. I'm happy to give you some quiet time as well if you just need a place to relax and chill, just let us know which you're looking for so we can plan. It's a fantastic day when we get to show travelers the awesome things to do around Lima or enjoy a nice quiet walk around the neighborhood. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Great for taking walks, saying hello to the neighbors and pretty landscape. Quite a few sidewalks are available when you're ready to clear your mind. Don't have a car? No worries - we have Lyft available in our area and the house is 60 seconds from Enterprise if you need to rent a car. Either way, most places in our area are reachable in 15 minutes or less. We have two cats - Sophia and Baby J. Both are rescues and friendly...and Sophia is very determined to make you her new best friend if only you won't stop petting her. She has been banished from private rooms for about 3 years now so that residents can have moments without love, but if you need someone who listens unconditionally and will just give you kitty hugs...she's your girl. This house is shared with several other guests. But that is one of the things that makes us uniquely and surprisingly exciting to visit. We house many traveling professionals that come to our area and enjoy the interactions of professionals who are far from home and can still sit down with someone over dinner if they are completely over quiet time!
