Clean and spacious double room located in E1

Newly refurbished two floor house with front and back garden. Located in a very quiet area surrounded by green spaces. The house has been redecorated with a contemporary modern style. The room is very spacious and bright with a Scandinavian touch.Three main train stations close to the property, central line is direct line to the city and central London. Everything needed is near-by the house including supermarkets, local shops and coffee shops. Only 40 mins drive from Stansted airport. I believe is the ideal accommodation for someone who prefers to stay in a more relaxed/less chaotic area but still super well connected. The room is spacious and very bright, with big desk, lots of storage place, ottoman bed and new foam mattress. Guests are welcomed in a friendly environment, kitchen and bathroom are shared. Guests are free to use the kitchen, kitchen appliances, oven and washing machine. When they use the kitchen, appliances and bathroom are required to follow the general rule of ‘cleaning after yourself’ I like socialising with guests, when I am not home they can reach me via phone call/message/email. I highly recommend take a walk through Regent’s canal towards Canary Wharf and opposite direction towards north. Victoria Park is a gem only few minutes walk from the house. Roman Road is very cool for edgy cafes, restaurants, nice organic food stores. You can possibly find all you are looking for, hairdresser, busty saloon and any kind of shop including an outdoor food market. If you fancy an amazing pizza go to the ‘Pizza Room’ or ‘Di Stefano’ otherwise for casual food and a good pint I would recommend the Victoria pub or the Greedy Cow. I would definitely rent a bike and do some sightseeing, for example the Tower of London and London Bridge are only 15 minutes by bycycle from the house. Also, if you interested in sport activities there is a popular climbing centre near the house. I will provide more details and useful information once I will have the pleasure to meet you in person :) As a Superhost, I aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! For me to do so, I would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed by the time the reservation is confirmed. Absolutely enjoy the space but please be respectful of the environment. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation!   - All noise levels must be considerate, especially at night after 10 pm. - There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. - PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied The place will be very clean on your arrival, and I ask that you leave it neat and free of rubbish on your departure; for if a greater cleaning service is required, then an extra fee will be applied. No pets No EXTRA ADULT or children, as overnight visitors. NO parties or events, no illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behaviour.   Please let me know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure. For fire prevention and safety - please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes air conditioners, fans, hair straighteners and portable device chargers.   The place is regularly cleaned, but we do share cleaning duties and have a rota in place for cleaning communal spaces. * Cleaning for LONG TERM guests (2 weeks or more) Two options : If a guest feels comfortable in cleaning the place themselves they are welcome to have access to any and all cleaning agents and tools (the vacuum, brooms, mop etc) If a guest doesn’t feel comfortable in cleaning the place themselves can ask for a cleaning service at an extra cost of £40. This includes a full cleaning of their room, bathroom, kitchen and all floors.
