This exceptionally large 2 bedrooms ground floor apartment(the first floor apartment is also listed on Airbnb) has everything you need for a PERFECT stay in Mauritius (short or long stay),and is only a short 5 minutes walk from the beach.The apartment is cleaned,and fresh towels and linen provided, every 3 to 4 days.The washing machine is available once a week for guests staying more than 3 nights.Some of the best beaches are within 20 minutes drive.Goodlands and GrandBaie are great for shopping Our previous guests LOVE how spacious and clean the apartments are and enjoyed our housekeeper's hospitality. You are provided with everything you need for a great self-catering experience including an oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer, toaster and even a coffee maker! Our double bedrooms are very large and come with bedside tables, air conditioning and wardrobes. The terrace has a lovely wooden table with chairs which is perfect for the family to gather round & indulge in some tasty Mauritian food in the sunshine. Take advantage of the TV & our comfy sofa in the lounge for those days when you just want to stay inside. Or take a few steps from the living room to the pool and relax reading your favourite book on the sun loungers. We even have a shower outside for those days when you've been out exploring all day! Laundry services(washing/ironing) can be provided for a small fee. You have FULL access to the whole apartment and have your own private terrace. The apartment consists of 2 big double bedrooms, bathroom and a large open plan kitchen/lounge. This charming place can easily accommodate up to 5 persons. The ground floor apartment is perfect for couples and families with children. The swimming pool is shared access with the apartment above. We have staff available in person (2/3 times weekly) and over the phone between working hours. You can also message us directly on social media or email and we'll get back to you straight away. Our brilliant housekeeper speaks fluent French and is able to converse in English. Located in a quiet fishing village in the northeast of the island 5-minute walk from the beaches in Grande Gaube The most luxurious beaches in Mauritius are only a 20-minute drive away; Pereybere is excellent for swimming Mont Choisy is great for families and picnics La Cuvette Public Beach is fantastic for relaxing/picnics/swimming Local shop and restaurants within 15 - 20 minute walk If you want to experience the local markets. Goodlands is a mere 15 minute drive away The best supermarket to get your food from is called SuperU at Grand Baie (20 minute drive), and Winners Supermarket in Goodlands (15 mins drive away) Buses and taxis available all day from the main road (10 minute walk away) Public transport, and sharing taxis with the locals and other visitors is fairly cheap. If you prefer to drive yourself from the Airport you can book a rental car online or we can arrange a rental car for you when you get to the apartment. We can organise taxis to pick you up right from the Real Mauritius apartments and take you around the island or provide you with all the information you need for excursions and other activities.
