Mont-Sur-Rolle House with Vineyard & Lake View

This ancient vineyard villa has been renovated with high quality materials an offers nice space with its vast living rooms and bedrooms with a magnificent view of the lake, Mont-Blanc and Alps. Surrounded by vineyards, you can enjoy this unique scenery from the inside as well as the outside. The place is very cosy and comfortable, and well equipped. The ground floor has a large kitchen (modern and fully equipped), a TV room, and a large living room with a fireplace. The lower floor is composed of two bedrooms (with their own bathrooms) and a beautiful large bedroom with a fireplace. Each of these room lead to the garden. Additionally, this floor counts a dressing room, a summer kitchen, a sauna, a gym and a shower room. The property sits on a 780sqm land and has 400sqm of usable space. Guests will have access to all amenities on site 24/7. We will communicate access and other information via email (at least one week prior to your arrival) but you can also contact us on the Airbnb discussion or by phone if we can be of any assistance. If you make your reservation less than 7days to the date of your check in, you will receive those information the same day. Mont-sur-Rolle is part of the Rolle disctrict that counts 2'400 inhabitant. This small village is best known for its ineyard and is loctaed between Geneva and Lausanne. The freeway is very close and lets you reach the airport in 30 minutes. The Rosey school is fairly close to the house.
