Under the Tuscan sun in central and elegant villa

Situated close to San Miniato and in the middle of Tuscany, this holiday house offers all the comfort of a family home. Surrounded by two beautiful gardens and disposed of plenty of room, you can enjoy the surroundings of our beautiful region in peace. Ideal for families but also for smaller groups who enjoy comfort, cleanness and to wake up with a view. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 toilet room and, living room, dining room, and a big balcony where to dine in summer days. The house is a familiar villa made out of two units, meaning that you will stay in one of the two and you will be sharing the garden with my family, only my mum and dad live at home right now. We have a doggie called Leo who you will see going around in the garden, he is a young and very nice dog, who normally entertains our guests looking for cuddles. Sometimes, other neighbors' cats come around to enjoy our beautiful garden too. Parking is free in front of the house, I strongly recommend you to travel by car as public transportation is not the best in this area! Only bigger cities are well connected in my region. I am always reachable on my personal phone and most times my family is at home, which is next to the house. However, we have a backup help whenever some issues occur and we are not present. The house is situated on a typical Tuscan hill, you can take a lot of walks from there and if you have a car you can reach a lot of beautiful places around, starting from San Miniato or San Gimignano etc.. I would recommend having a car cause the public transportation is not too developed. From here you can start a few hikes and also reach the Francigena path. We have a pinscher called Leo and he normally runs around the garden. During summer, we do sanitize to have fewer mosquitos but unfortunately, sometimes there still are.
