Come and enjoy complete serenity in this beautiful old house and private grounds. The house nestles like a jewel in its private park. It has formal terraced gardens with topiaries and parterres, an area of woodland, and countryside views including the old Château roof. The pièce de résistance is its huge sheltered Italianate swimming pool and sunbathing terrace. You will have access to two sitting rooms, a breakfast room, off-road parking, and a fridge and freezer to keep your champagne cold. I live In a separate wing of the property so I am here to take care of all your needs and answer any questions you may have. I love socializing, so I look forward to getting to know you, but I shall not be intrusive. Les Deux Colombiers is set in the beautiful Dordogne countryside surrounded by panoramic views, shady woodlands and picturesque villages. There are no big roads, only country lanes with very little traffic, so it’s perfect for hiking and cycling, and driving is a complete pleasure. The house is located between the villages of La Tour Blanche, Verteillac and Montagrier. Riberac and Tocane St. Apres are about 20 minutes away by car, and the old cities of Perigueux, Angouleme and Nontron can all be reached in less than an hour.
