Calm City Room

The residence is located in a calm neighborhood. High accessibility to nearby landmarks. It is in a new condition, with much attention to detail in every corner. The ceiling overall inspires a cody mood to the residents. The interior apartment area is 275m². It includes four bedrooms in total (one master king size bed, one king size bed, and two with two single beds), one shared bathroom, and one master bathroom. The shared spaces include the living area, dining area, kitchen and lobby. Each room has it's own balcony. Guests are allowed into the shared spaces of the apartment, but can access one room per booking. I am usually around the house. I can be reached in person or by phone. I like nature trips and can't get enough of them! The building is relatively large, housing a private parking, and a nursery. The street has a blocked end, hence has a low rate of cars passing by, making it is safe for children to walk down the street. Due to it's vicinity to the highway, one can easily order an uber, a taxi or even walk to the highway and take a shared cab. Delivery services are available most of the time (food and groceries). Typical time to Beirut ranges from 10min (no traffic) to 22min. The house will have other residents. Respect of privacy and cleanliness are essential. If you need to request something special kindly ask for it upfront.
