Cosy and comfortable studio apartment available for those visiting or working in the area or awaiting a sale going through. There is a kitchenette with microwave and fridge and seating area. The bedroom has two single beds and a good shower ensuite. There is a private separate entrance. Plenty of outside space during the summer months. Non-smokers only. Children welcome but no pets please. High chair and cot available also there is clic clac type sofa bed in the salon. The apartment is on the first floor above the garage with a separate locked entrance. Garden and bbq area also seating area by the pool. The pool is not open for medical /health reasons at the moment. The neighourhood is a farmimg area with beautiful countryside with walks and bird life. The house is not signed so it would be better to arrive during daylight hours.
