We are committed to Airbnb's Enhanced Cleaning Protocol to ensure our studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for each guest as always. The studio includes a kitchenette (no stove/oven) with a kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine, complimentary coffee and tea, a microwave, outdoor BBQ, dishwasher, large refrigerator with chilled water and an icemaker. We also provide a television, ironing board, hairdryer, beach towels, toiletries and Wi-Fi for your convenience. Upon your arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. OUR HOUSE RULES: -Strictly NO parties and NO groups/uninvited extras as per our house rules and NSW Government Code Of Conduct regulations. -Disobeying these rules will see in your stay cancelled. -All damages/breakages will be charged. -Masks must be worn in all public indoor areas: the lift, building lobby and the level the studio is on. CONSTRUCTION WORKS NEARBY There is construction work underway across Wollongong CBD including North Wollongong and this includes within the vicinity of the Studio. These building works are not within our control and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience. PLEASE NOTE: NEW BLINDS As mentioned in older reviews, the old studio blinds let in light in the early hours. We have since replaced these blinds and they've been updated to new blackout blinds. There is free parking on the streets directly outside the building. No private parking provided in basement garage as all spaces are owned. We will always be just a message away if you have any inquires- we are happy to help and we hope to welcome you soon. The studio is a just short stroll to North and South Wollongong beaches, an array of quality restaurants and bars, public transport options and the Wollongong CBD shopping precinct. -A ten minute walk to the beach -A fifteen minute walk to Wollongong CBD Shopping district -A five minute drive to Wollongong University -Close by to an array of beautiful cafes and shops The studio is located on the Gong Free Bus circuit for easy and hassle-free travel to local attractions. The studio is a ten-minute walk from North Wollongong train station, making for seamless travel to and from Wollongong. OUR STATEMENT ON COVID-19 / CORONAVIRUS CONCERNS: Dear guests and future guests, We understand concern at this time over the virus and we would like to reassure our guests that for each stay, the studio is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We follow Airbnb’s certified Enhanced Cleaning Protocol. All surfaces and handles are sanitized, all sheets, quilts are cleaned and washed freshly for every guest as always. STUDIO DESIGN: The studio was originally the upper part of a larger apartment that is occupied. The studio has since been closed off and converted into the studio as it is today. The entrance to the studio is private and accessed by our guests and only our guests during their stay. BUILDING WORKS: There are building works underway across Wollongong including in the vicinity of the Studio. We apologies in advance for any inconvenience caused from noise of these works. RENTING NOT AVAILABLE: Please also note that our studio is NOT available for renting or long-term stays. We thank you for your understanding. WE DO NOT HANDLE MONEY OR TAKE DEPOSITS: We are only hosts of this stay and do not handle any financial matters/deposits. Airbnb handle all finances regarding your booking so please consult the helpline if needed. MASKS MUST BE WORN IN INDOOR PUBLIC SPACES IN THE BUILDING WHERE STUDIO IS LOCATED: Guests must wear masks when in the building’s lobby, using the lift, and on the floor of the studio before entry. Please distance appropriately from others. Please note that due to ongoing building works out of our control to repair storm damage, the studio balcony is missing some ceiling panels. The balcony remains safe to use and the panoramic view unaffected. We thank you for your understanding.
