Hi guest, you receive a private room + a private full bath in my two-bed, two-bath condo, with access to generous check-in hours, a full-service kitchen, laundry, living, dining, and a free reserved spot in the private parking lot if bringing a car. 12 mins from the BWI airport + MARC rail; 20 mins from Merriweather District + Baltimore; 45 mins from DC + Annapolis. Your restful stay is my priority! I am triple vaccinated and live here. We will share the common spaces. My condo is on the 2nd floor of a 2-story building with a staircase. Your private full bath has a shower, bathtub, toilet, linen closet. Your bedroom has a Queen-sized memory foam mattress, desk + chair, a closet, nightstands, a mirror, a ceiling fan, windows + blackout blinds, iron. PARKING: one reserved spot in my condo's private lot with a pass or free parking off-street. It is a non-smoking, non-vaping household. BALCONY: the balcony has two chairs to sit down and enjoy the peace. KITCHEN, LAUNDRY, LIVING ROOM: free access to all three. The Smart TV is in the living room. CHECK-IN as early as 11 AM, as late as 10 PM, EST. Kindly communicate your arrival in advance. Please park at the owner's risk as with any location. It has been a non-issue thus far.
