Large, light & airy room near Brighton

The house is in a very quiet location with lots of parking and has a large garden with two decks, where you can eat your breakfast on a nice day. The room is large and very bright (not at night we have blackout curtains), with loads of drawer and hanging space a very comfy double with luxury bed linen and towels. We are only about 5 mins walk to the glorious South Downs and a 15 min walk to the beach or station to catch a train into Brighton, Shoreham-by- Sea or Worthing. In the room: wardrobe with drawers, chest of drawers, bedside tables, desk with chair, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, luxury bedlinen and towels. There is a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Breakfast is cereals and toast. But if you would like a cooked breakfast or a packed lunch for the beach I can provide these at an extra cost (Breakfast £6 per person, packed lunch £4.50 per person), just let me know a couple of days before you come to stay. Kitchen, Living room, Dining room, Downstairs loo, Bathroom and Garden. I am a Graphic Designer and work from home and I am happy to make you breakfast in the morning or a packed lunch ( by arrangement), and can tell you about all the great things to do in this area and how to get there. (PLEASE NOTE: this room is not suitable for people who have travelled here and need to self isolate - the bathroom and kitchen are both shared). We are in an awesome position with Brighton, the South Downs National Park and the beach, all within a 15 minutes travelling there are several pubs in Southwick and a couple of bistros that serve food. The Schooner Inn gastro pub with views of the marina and the ever popular Carats Cafe on the beach which serves great food all day. The house is situated about 5 mins walk away from the South Downs and 5 mins drive to Southwick train station which has loads of on street free parking. From the station you can get a train to Brighton (just over 10 mins), lovely Shoreham-by-Sea 6 mins), with its great restaurants, bars and pubs, or Worthing (14 mins). If you don't want to walk to the station you can get a bus from the stop 50 yards away.
