Unlike many other listings, I only rent out one bedroom at a time so you will be assured of privacy. This is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom immaculate home situated on one acre in a quiet country setting, featuring a shared, over-sized living room, baby grand piano, formal dining room, office with printer and business level Wi Fi, kitchen, stainless appliances, and large, cozy family room. Extra large deck above the main grounds leads to large pool for summer use. Off-street parking. Walking course in neighborhood. Good time to refresh, rewind, exercise or meet up with friends. Several different paths, but all streets are wide, which makes it safe, but challenging! Guests staying here will definitely have plenty of room for privacy. You will have a private bedroom and a private bathroom. There is also a bathroom on the main level to use for convenience. Over-sized living room, formal dining room, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and large family room we share. Deck and pool use in the summer. Off-street parking. Can accommodate with a second bedroom if necessary for an additional fee. Linens are changed weekly for long-term guests or after each guests' stay. For long-term guests, I will provide one load of laundry service weekly for guests clothing. Meal plans and additional laundry services available for a nominal fee. I am available as much or as little as you would like. I can give you total privacy, but I am always be available to answer your questions and provide you with area information and recommendations. Having spent most of my life in Milford, I am familiar with not just the local points of interest, but the surrounding towns as well. The neighborhood is country setting, but only a few minutes away from stores and shoreline activities. 2 movie theatres, live theaters, sporting venues and activities, a wide variety of shopping. Spring - Fall juried craft fairs held on the Green. Outdoor concerts every week throughout summer. Movies nights on the Green, as well as many special events--Oyster Festival, Pirates Weekend, parades, historical guided tours, Garlic Festival, and many seasonal events. Downtown community theater and presentations. Parking is off-street in home's 3 car driveway with an extension. 3 mile drive to train station. Local taxi and Uber service available in the area. Airport limo stop close. In the morning, a self service Keurig for coffee/tea, and self service style breakfast included. Limited kitchen use included for your convenience. Complimentary water bottles always in the refrigerator. Transportation possible for an additional fee.
