Modern wooden Bregenzerwald retreat with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection. Almost the entire house is at guests' disposal. A huge fully equipped kitchen can be used. The bedrooms and bathrooms are divided over 2 floors, the top floor is laid out as a loft with a wood stove, which promises cozy evenings. Large terrace in the back of the house with barbecue for cozy summer nights. Bedlinen and towels and all amenities are provided. I can be contacted by phone during the stay, but I do not live there during this time, but I will assist with all local information, such as restaurants, insider tipps. Bus stop down to Schwarzenberg village and up to Bödele skiresort stops in 2 min walking distance Any open fire or smoking in the house is not allowed. I suggest you use slippers, which are provided, in the upper living area. To be noticed: The house is not very suitable for small children, as it has an open stairway to the upper floor (please refer to the photo ”stairway to the upper floor” in the listing). Pets are not allowed. Please note another important information: the daily tourist tax of 2 Euros per person (children up to 14 years are free) has to be paid extra directly upon arrival, this is not included in the booking price.
