I will be around during the guest stay and sometimes is my parents who will be available anytime when the guest need. The neighbourhood mostly is expatriate who living in Lippo Cikarang areas and rarely interact with one another. However, around once a month there is invitation to have potluck lunch on the weekend that everyone sharing the food. There is a half basketball court, children playground, and jogging track available in the compound. Swimming pool, tennis and badminton court, sauna, and fitness available just in front of the compound at Sport Centre. Shopping mall, restaurants, shopping complex, and other facilities are available with walking distance. Please ask the owner if you need bicycle to stroll around the compound. Cafe or bar available around 1 km from compound. The compound have security 24 hours. The parking in the house could accommodate 2 vehicles, however if the guest has more vehicles, the parking is free inside the compound and it safe with 24 hours security guards and protected by cctv. The house is just newly renovated after 2 years used by Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Taiwanese expatriates. Some part of the house is just newly painted and renovated for your luxury.
