200yr old Character Cottage - Cosy & Magical

"Pine Tree Cottage" is a great seaside retreat, with the Millenium Coast just under a mile away and the Gower Coast within easy reach.We are PET FRIENDLY. The cottage is set in a very pretty and cosy setting..backing on to the historic and stunning "Park Howard" with it's famous 150 yr old Mansion, Museum and Art Gallery (well worth exploring)."Park Howard" is delightful and great for dog walking or just enjoying the surrounding scenery..Enjoy! An extremely atmospheric little cottage which is well over 200 years old.It is set among other pretty cottages (all individual in decor and colour - please refer to the featured photos) which are believed to be the oldest in the Carmarthenshire area.Indeed "Pine Tree Cottage" was deemed so cottage like that it recently featured in a childrens tv series aired throughout the country - and featured in every one :-) It's an extremely nice place to spend a few days at and relax...Please note that we are PET FRIENDLY :-) We live under a mile away and are always available. Please note that we are PET FRIENDLY...Our cottage is near to "Llanelly House" which is literally around the corner.This is considered to be one of the best examples of early Georgian architecture in the whole of the UK.Indeed it was a finalist in the 2003 BBC series "Restoration"-On offer are afternoon teas and a very tasty Sunday lunch -well worth a visit For those keen golfers,spend a morning at Machynys Peninsula Golf Club followed by a spot of lunch prepared by award winning chefs.Here you can enjoy great golf,fantastic views and freshly prepared home produce.The course was designed by no other than Jack Nicklaus. Around the corner from here is the Llanelli Wetland Centre.Here you can hand feed the rarest geese in the world,go bug hunting or even pond dipping ! "Pine Tree Cottage" is just 5 mins away from the breathtaking beauty of the "Millenium Coast" with it's coastal path which meanders along this glorious coastline through Llanelli,Pwll,Burry Port and onto Pembrey Country Park,with its golden sandy beach,horse riding/biking trails,a toboggan run and dry ski slopes.
