Guests are requested to give their is as per tourism rule in Goa My apartment is located in the capital of the State in a safe neighbourhood. It is an ideal place for tourists,Interns,family vacation as the Miramar Beach is within a walking distance of 5 min from my place, the auto and bus stands There are many good restaurants around and the popular tourist destination - Dona Paula is just a 10 min drive away. The place is good for children as there is a beautiful park just behind my place. My place is situated on first floor needs to climb 17 steps.Apartment is well protected with grill and net .Place is well protected with net on all the windows to keep mosquito and insects away.We have power back up for the bed rooms. The guests will be allowed to access two bedrooms, one bathroom, the kitchen, common-sitting area and the utility room. They have two rooms and one bathroom behind the door which gives them privacy and separate from the other two (Website hidden by Airbnb) taker is available who can clean up your room daily on chargeable basis and wash your clothes for a payment of rupees 100 per load.there are 5 to 7 grocery shop,wine store,cafe with 10 minutes walk from my place.guest have private fridge for their use.kitchen is fully loaded with all the basic things needed for cooking. I look forward to hosting you! I live on the top floor of the building and hence will be available to you in person whenever you need anything. I will also prove very helpful to you in terms of guiding you about traveling in Goa and tell you about all the popular tourist destinations. My intention is to make my guests feel as comfortable as possible so please do not hesitate to ask me anything! It is a quiet and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbours. The best part about my place is that it is very close to the Miramar Beach and there is a park just behind my place where your children can play. There are many cafes like Cafe Coffe Day and Nescafé in the area along with many restaurants close by. The Panjim city is just a 10 min drive away from where you can purchase a lot of souvenirs, purchase cashews and Goan delicacies like bebinca and what not. The popular Panjim church is also in the city. There is a hospital (Esperanca Hospital) located just two min away from my place. Getting around from my place to any place is Goa is very convenient as my place is centrally located in between north and south Goa . AIR PORT IS 30 KILOMETERS FROM MY LOCATION north Goa Baga and Calangute deep beaches are 18 kilometers from my location Turtle beach is about 40 kilometers from my location Sridao beach is 9 kilometers Donapaula jetty is 4 kilometers kalaacadamy os 3 kilomeers ionox theater is 3.5 kilometers campal hospital is 2 kilometer Kadamba Transport corporation is 4 kilometers,Panjim main bus station you get a bus to any where in Goa from here. Campal Swimming pool is open to all from 6 am to 10 am and 3 pm to 7 pm guest need to buy rs 50 pass valid for one hour[note -guests need to remember to carry their proper swimming costume. Apart from that, I can also help you get in touch with some people who rent out bikes and cars to tourists to move around. The popular hop-on hop-off bus facility is just within 5 min of walking distance from my place and you can also book yourself a seat in this bus online. Utensils, cups and plates are all provided in the kitchen. Toiletries comprising shampoo, soap and toilet paper rolls are provided. The room has a tray containing a jug full of water, two glasses and some snacks. I would very much appreciate it if you would treat my home like your own home and keep it clean. The guests are expected to clean their own utensils for which a dish soap and scrub is provided and wash their own clothes in the washing machine (detergent liquid is recommended for the machine and guests are requested to buy and use that.The guests can also dry their clothes in the dryer provided and iron their clothes (iron and iron table provided). WiFi is provided and there is an A.C. and television in each bedroom with a Tata-Sky connection. A microwave is also present in the utility room. We also provide clean drinking water from the water purifier that is installed in the utility room.
